All pieces that come in contact with food are finished in a special blend of food-grade mineral oil and beeswax. This provides a beautiful satin finish and a certain amount of water-proofing, as well as ensures any toxic chemicals or coatings stay away from you and your food.

Furniture can come in an assortment of finishes - glossy or satin polyurethane, hand-rubbed linseed oil, glazing and shellac, etc. Finishes can accommodate a wide preference of aesthetics, and can also offer a wide range of benefits, from scratch protection to water-proofing.

Since each piece is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we will work with you to make any necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
